Returns
- You may request a return within 1 week (7 days) of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Gift cards and downloadable digital products
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us within 1 week (7 days) of delivery.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, you must follow the return process.
