Order Cancellation & Refund & Exchange

At Smartify, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You may request a return within 1 week (7 days) of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Perishable goods

    • Intimate or sanitary products

    • Gift cards and downloadable digital products


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us within 1 week (7 days) of delivery.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, you must follow the return process.
